Caucasian Cuisine
Caucasian cuisine is distinguished by the diversity of fresh, local ingredients at the heart of its dishes . Spices, herbs, vegetables, grains, and a variety of meats enliven the culinary culture of the Caucasus.
Its origins: a taste born in the Caucasus mountains
Caucazien Fresh finds its roots in the heart of the majestic Caucasus Mountains , a land rich in traditions, flavors, and culinary art passed down through generations. It is there that the deep desire was born to share authentic Caucasian cuisine with as many people as possible, its comforting dishes, ancestral recipes, and warm spirit.
This passion first took root in Brittany, with the opening of the Caucazien restaurant in Lorient. Very quickly, the place became a landmark for all those who wished to taste authentic cuisine: galnash , manty , galoupsy and many other specialties prepared in the purest respect for Caucasian traditions .
A culture in motion
History, migration & transmission
Recent geopolitical conflicts have profoundly disrupted Eastern Europe and forced many Caucasian families to leave their homeland. For many, France has become a refuge, a place to rebuild their lives while preserving their culture, traditions, and above all, their cuisine.
It is in this context that a new mission was born: to allow everyone, wherever they are, to discover or rediscover the authentic flavors of the Caucasus.
Our commitment
Authenticity, quality & culinary heritage
We pride ourselves on respecting Caucasian culinary heritage. This means recipes faithful to tradition , passed down through Caucasian families and their artisanal expertise. As a guarantee of quality, we ensure immediate freezing and a constant commitment to introducing the diversity of Caucasian gastronomy to an ever-growing audience.
The Caucasus at home
More than a meal, an experience to share
Caucazien Fresh is not just a brand: it is a bridge between cultures, a tribute to traditions, and an invitation to explore a cuisine that is still little known but profoundly generous.
Through our dishes, we want to convey what the Caucasus holds most dear : a strong culture, authentic cuisine, and a heritage that is shared around a table.
